AUTOMATIC INDICATOR OF FUEL PURITY DEGREE POTOK-RT

The meter "POTOK-RT" is intended for usage in systems of airfield fuel maintenance. It is developed by the order of ministry of defence of Russian Federation. The automatic indicator of purity degree performs continuous quality control of rocket fuel in a flow of a liquid and determines excess of the concentration of mechanical impurities and undissolved water. The indicator consists of the built-in sensor, installed in a gap of fuel line, and the measurement unit with an information diagram board. The principle of operation of the indicator is based on a photoelectric method of registration of particles in liquid. At excess of marginal levels of the contents of mechanical impurities and undissolved water, the device executes switching of external actuating devices, excepting supply of the contaminated fuel at charging. The blocks of the indicator are produced in flame safety fulfilment with sparkproof electric networks and explosion-proof shell. The indicator "POTOK-RT " can be used for the control of presence of mechanical impurities and emulsified water in petroleum, alcohols, glycerinated technical and medical liquids, oils etc.

In 2001 was developed explosion-proof photoelectric analyzer POTOK-Ex with similar parameters. Potok-Ex performs granulometric analysis and provides interface with PC.
